This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send a new-home enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your residency situation, the country you live in, and the details of your enquiry (for example city, budget, property type and timeframe). When you ask for a loan introduction we collect only your name, email address, phone number and the loan purpose you select. On every form we also record the page you were on and the website that referred you.

Why we collect it

  • To pass your enquiry to a sales consultant who works with property developers, if you asked about new homes.
  • To pass only your name, contact details and the loan purpose you selected to a licensed Australian mortgage broker, if you asked for a loan introduction. We pass nothing else to the broker.
  • To reply to your message or correction.
  • To understand how people use the site.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the sales consultant or licensed broker you asked us to introduce you to, and with the service providers that run this site: hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase) and email notification (FormSubmit). These providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell your information. The sales consultant or broker may contact you by phone, email or message, and they handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies. We may use website analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them, and then delete them.
