Project details are from public developer and portal listings, shown on townhouseaustralia.com.au, and may be out of date. A completed project may still have unsold, never-occupied homes. A home that has already been sold or lived in is not a new dwelling for FIRB purposes. Confirm availability and eligibility with the developer.
